Part One: Where to Stay When Visiting the Sister Cities | Lambertville

Updated: Mar 9, 2023

There are so many lovely hotels, inns and B & B's in the Delaware River Towns. Here are a few to get your inspiration going for planning your next weekend getaway!

Lambertville

Chimney Hill Estate Inn - Just up the hill on your way to Goat Hill Overlook is a gorgeous Inn that was recently renovated and is ready for you to spend your next weekend getaway or to host your next event. www.chimneyhillestate.com

Greythrone Farm - Book a weekend of solitude at this Farmhouse retreat that can sleep up to 10-12 people. Oh, and there is a pool! Located just two minutes outside of the center of town, do not forget about this Air BnB with Superhosts Keith & Kim.

Inn of the Hawke - For delicious dining & cozy accommodations, be sure to check out Inn of the Hawke. This is one of our personal favorites and one of the first places in Lambertville we ever dined at when we moved here. The food is new American and we can honestly say we've never had a bad meal. The Hawke is cozy in the winter with the fire place roaring or refreshing in the Summer with an outdoor patio. Take your pick! Located steps the towpath in a quiet part of town and within walking distance to the center of it all! Guest rooms are located on the 2nd and 3rd floors. www.innofthehawke.com

Lambertville House - History with a side of fancy fare. This building was originally built in 1812 by Captain John Lambert and many historically significant guests have stayed here! If you enjoy people watching then this is a great spot for you! The front porch is right in the center of town where you can sit and enjoy a meal & a drink all while taking in the views. www.lambertvillehouse.com

Lambertivlle Station Inn - A true staple of the community, the Lambertville Station Inn has it all! Great riverfront views, great food and drink and a great atmosphere both inside and outside! Outdoor seating runs right along the towpath for an outdoor dining experience. The Inn location is set back and right on the river at that! They offer several different packages if you wanted to add an activity during your stay such as catching a show and the Bucks County Playhouse or a couples massage at Zanya Spa.
